"We" may *want* to see it in the global routing table, but like with all the other prefixes, there's no good reasoning for that expectation. TCP/IP is a technology and that technology is *not* exclusively used for the global Internet. We had that "wish" and discussion in the past (e.g. in the AS# application and PI-"need".) It never worked, neither technically nor admin-wise. That's a non-starter...
