Jump Management is a legit business and I'm pround to say I represented them in many transactions. They didn't hoard the last /8 and more importantly they didn't hoard the pre-last /8, so please don't bring them into discussion
Maybe at the next RIPE meeting I'll prepare an accurate presentation of his business as it's probably unique around the world.
