Robert found some issues
(almost caused by buggy maven plugins and already "fixed" here).
The other one is the obfuscated JS files don't have the Apache license headers.
Waiting on feedback from Robert.
Ugh... the whole point of obfuscating is to eliminate unnecessary
content in our downloads. It'd really bug me to add overhead to
all of our pages to satisfy this legalism. Even worse, the
Apache license would show up over and over again, since we append
JS files at runtime.
