There isn't much to AGPM, you could probably just uninstall it and reinstall it onto the new server. It's basically what I did, but I went down that road mainly because the previous tech did not set it up correctly. So I uninstalled it and set it up properly with the proper permissions and settings. Just make sure you note which groups have which permissions in the AGPM section of the console.
