Yeah, I'm just lazy and don't want to be getting up super early on each of the 
schedule days to reconfigure it.  Rather set and forget.  We also have AGPM, so 
that's another layer of tedious admin for me lol :)

Would be much simpler to just add each site into an AND statement the day its 
supposed to get the change.

I don't think it would be  a HUGE performance hit, but I can't see that being 
fast.

Ok, say I need to deploy a file or registry to target Computers, but it needs 
to go out on a staggered schedule - office by office.

Release schedule example:
26/06/2015 to IT department
29/06/2015 to Perth office
01/07/2015 to Brisbane office
02/07/2015 to Melbourne office
07/07/2015 to Sydney office

Would this Item-level targeting (pictured below) using "Not" Date Match work?
Would this slow boot up times with all the added item level targeting to 
process?
