What's happened is that Premiere Pro has lost the link to the media
files. Next time you start the project, find all the files that
Premiere asks you for, then, as soon as all the files have been found,
save your project. That should fix the broken links. The other option
is to unlink all your media files that are causing problems (DON'T
DELETE THE MEDIA FILE!), then to re-link the media files. Right-click
on the file in the project window, select "Unlink media", and make sure
the top radio button on the next window is selected before you click OK.
Then, right-click again and select "Link media." Find the original file
and select OK.
