Hi zerOkoool! (if this is your name?) A way of doing this is: go to the first frame you want to stand still and go into export-still image/ frame and save it. Do the same with the last one. Then import the two still images and put them at the beginning and at the end of your clip. Set the duration of still images under preferences (or just right click the still image) for as long as you want it to stand still. Hope this makes sense?
