I have done it a variety of ways including just copying the AEX files to the
AE folder of the Premiere Plug Ins.
The most recent time I copied the folders of After Effects Pro and Standard
to the AE folder. Premiere scans through the plug ins when it starts up.
You can also use third party ones for after effects with variable results.
My advice is to go slowly and test them out. If one causes a problem delete
it from the premiere folder.

There are a lot of folders under the AE plug-ins. How did you decide what
to copy over. Was it just the AEX files or did you copy all the
directories?

  Thanks for the investigation.
