Make sure you capture in AVI, MPEG is compressed and
therefore you already have loss so it's not good to
work with. Of course, to capture in AVI you'll need
LOTS of Hard disk space up to 1 Gig a minute if you
transfert full uncompress from analog source (The DV
format has already some compression so takes less
space)
So check your options for file/compression in your
capture software.
