  To continue w/Daves post... after doing what he said, I'll take the frame & 
import it into Photoshop.  You can open up the filters & go to video where 
there will be an option to deinterlace the frame.  Depending on the shot, 
deinterlacing may greaty improve the quality.  You can also play w/other 
filters, etc
