Yes!  Just click on the file in the Project bin, then go to the 
Properties tab where you'll see the Asset properties, and change the DVD 
Transcode properties from Automatic to Don't Transcode.  This will only 
work if you already have a DVD-compliant file.  You can't do that if 
you've got an AVI file, as it has to be changed to an MPEG video file first.
