You're right! By GSpot, I've collected some data:

The video codec is MPEG-2
DVD "VOB" format
MPEG-2 Program Stream << { 1 vid, 1 aud, 1 other }
Sys Bitrate: 10080 kb/s VBR
Audio CODEC: AC3, CBR

According to you, the audio codec AC3 is not compatible with 
Premiere. What can I do to install the correct plug in?
