More RAM on the card won't hurt a bit. :) You'll want to get an 8x AGP card so 
it's no slower than the old one, which is a GeForce 4 series.

I'm surprised that Alienware would've sold a PC with only 64megs video RAM. The 
GeForce 4 series, especially the Ti4200, was available with 128 and 256 megs.
