Samsung has a fine reputation. The graphic card should be sufficient. Note that Adobe has posted on their web site "compatible" video cards here <http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb405445&sliceId= 1> and here <http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/dvhdwrdb.html> . If a card is not listed to still may work depending on that cards OpenGL support level, amount of on board memory, and other technical issues.
