Dear All,
I' a little bit confused about the new Matrox MX02 because it do not have an
firewire connection. but it have something like HDMI and HD/SD SDI, HD/SD
analog component, Y/C, and composite. at the moment I'm using the CS5 and
capture via firewire using the demo program of the cineform neohd V5. and this
will expire this days and I have to make a decision... buy cineform HD or a
matrox MX02. an my computer I have an firewire. there is something else on
market that is working with CS5??
Avid have something - but as far as I know is working only with media composer
5 not with CS5...
How do you capture your video for the best quality??? I'm using an old camera
Sony FX7. capture on mini DV as HDV footage and transfer it to PC via firewire.
sometime burn it on blue ray, but usually I make down-conversion using Encore -
burn the project direct on DVD -HDV sequence in premiere and burn it on DVD .
capture it using normal settings on cineform NeoHD ver 5.
Wetting for your experience and...a little help..
Thanking you
Andrew
