I can't help you other than to add that this occasionally happens to me too. At 
least you can save before closing and reopening the program.  My biggest gripe 
with PP is that it locks up or crashes 
like that on a fairly regular basis for no apparent reason. And I have a loaded 
system with 24 GB of RAM too.
