Okay, back to your original error message, which appears to be a Premiere issue: "The source and output audio channels are not compatible or a conversion does not exist."
I have never gotten this, and do not know what the range of issues might be. I would look at what the different channels are. Arbitrarily, I'd suspect the mp3 track. Turn them off one at a time (or better yet, leave one on at a time) and see if the error goes away. What is your master channel? Stereo?
