Depending on the version, you might not find a preset that works - you 
might need to manually set it up and make your own preset. Depends 
whether you are starting with SD or HD. For HD I've used 1280x720, 
square pixel, VBR 2-pass Target 5 Mbps. For Widescreen SD, try 1024x576 
Sq Pixel (but I'm in a PAL zone - adjust for NTSC).
