You don't change file sizes by changing dpi, you only change file 
sizes by using another pixel size.

DPI is a value sent to a printer that prints your image on paper. In 
every other application, DPI is ignored, discarded.

There is no DPI value for displaying images on a screen. A small 
screen may display it at 100 dpi, a large screen at 25 dpi.
