Good morning!
Thought I'd introduce myself: I'm Esther, wife of a husband who always tries to
buy me interesting gifts for Christmas and birthdays; Mom to four sons, and
"Oma" to thirteen grandkids.
Two years ago, my husband gave me a Canon VIXIA HF200 for Christmas. It's been
a great little camcorder for the kid's year-end school get-to-gethers - but we
really only played the video's straight from the camcorder to the tv.
I now have Premiere Elements 8 on my computer, and after begging other guests
for their video's of our son's wedding in Jamaica, I now have two movies ready
to give them: One of the activities before and after the wedding (in Jamaica)
and one of the wedding and celebration itself.
I'm having fun, but can also see I have a lot to learn. I think I've made a
reasonably good start with the book "Premiere Elements 8 for Dummies." I also
hope to initially learn a lot here, and promise that when others who know even
less than I do, ask questions, I will do my best to help - if I know the answer
to their question.
