Hello Sayed,

Get rid of half of your 60 frames per second so that you end up with 
30 frames per second and hope that with that, the flicker disappears. 
To get rid of every second frame you just need to convert to 30fps 
and don't use frame blending. Why did you shoot in 60fps by the way?
