I find the warp stabilizer fine on static shots, but it tends to 'zoom in'
on motion ones, I think you can select which parts to actually stabilize on
CS6, not sure what the options are fully on PE though...

It does work rather well I must say, albeit with some crop of the resultant
output image :-)

Do let us know what your trial and error brings.
