I'm certified in both 3.7 and 4.1. If you passed 3.7 you should have no
problem with 4.1. Just learn some of the new additions and you'll be fine.
By new additions I mean mostly the adaptive differencing technology and so
forth. What platforms is it supported on (and encryption)? How does it work?
Etc..

Subject: Re: Tivoli Certification for TSM v4.1

Yes, I'm certified on Version 3. I'm curious if anyone is certified on
version 4 and if they thought the exam content much different than v3.
Useful manuals are the Admin reference, the getting started. Plus a
little thought on capacity planning./ network performance.

Hi TSM'ers

Has anyone out there become TSM certified?

If you have, what were your experiences?

What manuals were particulary useful for answering the certification
questions?

I am ready to take the plunge. I have used ADSM/TSM for some 2 years
now. I
also plan on getting AIX Support certification.

Thanks for your time.
