I updated my Cert to 4.1 in October...I thought the 4.1 test was far
clearer and more well-written than the previous exams.

Pay attention to the library sharing items, and understand how adaptive
differencing works.  I also remember a question on the new pricing
model.

If you have a good understanding of the product, you should be fine.
