The tape-list file has to be reachable by the server, not your desktop client. You are telling the server to look on its D: drive.

So far I haven't had any luck. When using vollist=file:filename the server response says list file d:\tapevol could not be opened. I have tried specifying the complete path to the file without success. I am doing this from my desktop, not from the TSM server itself. The command I am using: checkout libvol 3494lib VOLLIST=FILE:D:\TAPEVOL remove=no Geoff Gill TSM Administrator PeopleSoft Sr. Systems Administrator SAIC M/S-G1b (858)826-4062 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ----------------------------------------- The information contained in this e-mail message, and any attachment thereto, is confidential and may not be disclosed without our express permission.
