This is because the ADT developers changed the feature IDs for the ADT plugin for they broke Eclipse's ability to automatically update these features.
You can manually update by going to: 1. Help -> Install New Software... 2. Select the ADT p2 repo from the Work with: drop down (or just copy-and-paste the update site URL in: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/) 3. You should see the new ADT features display. 4. Select these and click Next and follow the normal install procedure. Hope this is helpful.
