I've been using Android Studio since beta, and am now on 1.5.1. I'm waiting
til 2.0 is a but more battle-tested before upgrading.

I don't recall this being an issue before, but now when I Run to install my
app on a device or on Genymotion emulator, when I am done testing I hit the
Android Monitor tab's Terminate Application button, the red X. Whether on
device or emulator, I see the running app close... only to reveal the same
app underneath, with output running in the monitor. Sometimes when I
terminate a second time, I see that instance close... only to see a third
one running underneath, again with output.

I have tried uninstalling any known versions of the app that were on the
device/emulator manually before Run, but that doesn't help. I never needed
to do this in the past. Clean build, etc... nothing seems to give me a
single clean run and clean terminate. Although this is not
mission-critical, it is very annoying and I can't spare the resources on my
machine-- AS takes up most of my machine's resources as it is.

Is this normal?

Thanks,

SB
