Keep an eye out for the process ids of your apps that show up. I think what
is happening is that when the process gets killed, activity manager might
be launching the previous activity on the stack, which might end up being
the same process.

In 2.0, there is a stop button, and we've changed how it kills the process
(we now use am force-stop <pkgName>) which seems to avoid this behavior by
activity manager. In any case, this should not be using any resources on
your desktop though.
