Hello, We are customer of Sun from long time. Sun.,India is no longer responding our queries. We have 4 server's under warranty and havent receieved silver support docs. We sent e-mail to sunindia thrice but no reply from them. It was a request to send escalation matrix. I want to escalate non responsivenes of Sun.,India. Can I get e-mail address or phone number of respective person from Sun Microsystems., USA ? Very disappointed from Sun.,India & from Wipro Technologies too who provides service for Sun servers in India.
