Hello Jim, I got his e-mail address. Thanx for quick reply. I have already sent an e-mail to him from my office e-mail address. Also sent purchase order copies and serial number's of those server's. Havent heard from him [ The Bangalore guy] till date. :( haven't received any acknowledgement e-mail from him.
