Are you aware that minors browse the mailing lists? Are you aware that minors may download & use OpenBSD?
Don't tempt fate. Fortunately, the UK Online Safety Act (OSA) does not impose any specific obligations on the mailing list (as the only user-generated content is email) or the OpenBSD ports tree (as served by the project itself, CVS/AnonCVS, and read-only mirrors). However, some future law in another country or group of countries, such as the European Union, might require the OpenBSD project to implement age verification measures for subscribing to the mailing list or downloading certain software. What would the project do if this situation arose?
