Just remember that they may be end-users, but outside the computer world
they maybe great engineers, statesman, designers, scientist, etc who use
computer as a tool to accomplish. Imagine people over there call
programmers as nerd-of-real-world or low-level-programming-workers.

Of cos, there are people who use computers simply for day-to-day yet think
with their knowledge "they know computer". But we ourself must not has
that attitude of stereotyping and generalising people =)
