Hello Qmepop, Which version of the AdWords API are you trying to use? Which client library, if any, are you using? The error message you're getting is associated with v200902 of the AdWords API. I just tried creating an image ad in the v200902 Sandbox environment and it succeeded, so I think there's some underlying issue here.
