Hi Eric, Please have a look at my previous two posts. As we do not have access to the backend/server, it is very difficult for us to write a patch when the error message is very general like <soap:Body><soap:Fault><faultcode>soap:Server</ faultcode><faultstring>Fault occurred while processing.</faultstring></ soap:Fault></soap:Body>. It would be nice to have help on the three issues/questions I posted above (yesterday - Mar 1st at 12:10 pm). Thanks. Suraiya
