Moving forward, regarding this, "If the campaign is of CPC type then how is it possible to have value in average cpm column?" to better check this concern, could you please provide the complete Ads API logs (request and response with request-id) so our team further investigates this issue and gives guidance on this? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.
