Let me explain. Monthly invoicing is a payment setting in which Google extends a line of credit to you for your advertising costs, and you receive an invoice each month. What you are describing is a change in non 'monthly invoicing' as described above that instead of every 30 days is every month. You may check this article for more details. Your invoices are accessible via the UI and your request for support for non 'monthly invoice' support via API is subject to review. You may monitor our blog for an update. For changes in extending credit and for getting emailed automatically your invoices request I suggest you reach out to our product support team via this link for further assistance as these requests aren't API related. The API can only be a conduit to the Ads product as expressed in the Ads UI.
