Anash: Yes, I am quite familiar with these FAQs and help screens. Multiple times over the past month I have tried to apply for an MCC account. But the tabs and links referenced in these documents don't appear on your screens. Again, there must be some part of your site that I haven't found yet. I have also noted on the help screens that the information was NOT useful. I haven't been able to sign up, as I keep getting the message:
"The login is already an AdWords account." This would imply that MCC is already set up, but there is no indication it has been.
