What happens if we submit an offline purchase conversion using an email that was not provided when submitting the lead form? Will Google recognize this offline purchase conversion as invalid and ensure that customers are not charged for conversion count/value? Additionally, we need clarification on handling leads from multiple sources such as Google, Bing, and Facebook. If we upload an offline purchase conversion to Google for a lead that originally came from Bing, how does Google treat this conversion?
