We create Google Ads accounts for clients under our MCC. At creation we must choose a role for the client:
- *Admin* → client can appeal suspensions, but can also unlink our manager. - *Standard* → prevents unlinking, but cannot submit suspension appeals. Is there a role/permission setup that allows *appeals* while preventing *unlinking/removing managers* (i.e., “Standard with appeal ability”)? If not, what are the recommended best practices or API workflows to let clients appeal without granting Admin—e.g., temporary elevation, appeal on behalf from the manager, or other options? Any guidance or official documentation references would be appreciated.
