I’m having trouble activating the Google Ads API for my account. When I try to use the API, I get this error: *Google Ads API: The developer must sign the terms of service. They can be found here: ads.google.com/aw/apicenter* However, when I go to the *API Center* to sign the Terms of Service, the page fails to load correctly and displays a *server-side error* instead (see attached screenshot). The error message includes several Java-related stack traces (GraphEnvironment, AbstractPromise, etc.), and I can’t complete the signature process. Here’s what I’ve already tried: - Contacted Google Ads support through the standard interface — they said it’s out of their scope since the API is handled separately. - Contacted *googleadsapi-support* and *ads-api-compliance* — both replied that they can’t help with this issue. It looks like I’m not selecting the right service or contact when opening a support ticket, but I’m stuck at this point. Could someone please tell me *which support channel or team* can help resolve this so I can sign the API Terms of Service?
