Thank you for your response. I confirm that I am logged in as the *MCC / Manager account* associated with my developer token (Customer ID: *287-504-3219*). I am indeed accessing the *API Center* from this account. However, when I try to sign the Terms of Service, the page displays a *server-side error (Java stack trace)* and the process never completes. Could you please forward this case to the *UI support team* responsible for the Google Ads API Center interface? It seems to be a backend issue preventing the Terms of Service from being accepted.
