I was rejected by Google when I applied for a token on the basis that
apparently I already have a token. If this isn't the most clock and
dagger maze for a developer then I don't know what is. So I log into
'MCC', I can see the 'Adwords API Center' under 'My Account' - yet
there is no token in sight. There is a link to reapply though.

Looks like I'm stuck in a loop here. I'll get rejected if I reapply
because I already have one. Yet, I've never used it and don't know
where it is.

Why does Google make this extraordinarily difficult?
