Hi, I'm seeing this issue also. Interestingly, if I run an API call to update a batch of keyword destination URLs, the response indicates that the call was successful. Like others are stating, the updates are showing up in the web interface up to 30 minutes or more later. The interesting thing however, is that if I run a subsequent API call to retrieve the same keywords that I just updated via a MUTATE, the response contains the pre-updated destination URL values. Doing nothing further, but then running that same GET call 30 minutes later results in the updated URLs being returned.
So it appears that the issue is not simply that the web interface and API are out of sync. The API is out of sync with itself as well.
