Hi, As jsteadman suggested, some of these functionality are available through AdWords API (in the context of Ads, not search), but in general, AdWords API is not an SEO API. There are some though, Alexa API comes to mind. You might also want to search a bit on stackoverflow, there are several threads discussing SEO APIs there.
