Hi All, My apologies, looking in to the issue further it appears that while the AdGroupAdService always had this behavior, up until recently the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT did return DISABLED ads by default. I apologize for this sudden and unannounced change and I am working with the core engineering team to find a resolution. In the mean time you can ensure that all ads are returned by adding a predicate for Status IN (ENABLED, PAUSED, DISABLED).
