hello, I am currently developing a web application which requires to add existing adwords user account with the MCC account, this has have to be done using adwords api, and i have successfully done this. Now is there any link in adwords api which can verify that the supplied ClientCustomerId has set up the billing and also this ClientCustomerId is valid ? I am making use of PHP Client Library.
