Hi Scott, If you go into My Client Center and click the edit (pencil) icon next to that account and set its name to something descriptive, you should get back that name from CustomerService. At the moment, it appears that the name wasn't ever set on that account.
Now that we've worked through your initial questions, could you switch to creating a new post for different questions? That will make your posts more helpful to other people with similar questions.
