Hi,

That error suggests that either no link exists between the MCC and the
client account or the link that exists is already inactive.

Regarding the issue with sending an invitation, if you log into My Client
Center<https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCsQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fadwords%2Fmyclientcenter%2F&ei=gCtpU9mKAeih8AH4woCQDw&usg=AFQjCNHX6BoYlMEaV5LEjtIXfa2h87KQ1A&sig2=SeNsD40XvrbDZK-Yp3bl5A&bvm=bv.66111022,d.b2U>
 as
the MCC account, you can check if the AdWords account is already in the
list of accounts under the MCC. You could also get back the list of
accounts under the MCC via
ManagedCustomerService.get<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/ManagedCustomerService#get>
.

Thanks,
Josh, AdWords API Team
