Josh, 

I believe he is referring to the phone verification needed when an account 
is created. I am having the same issue. I am the media coordinator for a 
youth team I am a part of and therefore I set up all of the new email 
accounts. Because of this my cell number has been maxed out of 
verifications which makes it difficult for me to finalize the accounts for 
new members. Please let me know how I can refresh this verification number 
so I can continue creating new accounts for my teammates.
