Keywords named "Content" are being returned in responses from the Keywords performance report. I found an old thread about this <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/adwords-api/BsmhW9ey9iI>, in which was explained that these are statistics from clicks generated on the Google Content Network. They are apparently not associated with any of the keywords because the ads weren't shown as a direct result of the search.
It's a Keywords performance report but "Content" is not actually a keyword... So, my question: why is this returned if it isn't a keyword?
